At Saheli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion piece doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
